A Special Invitation

Discovery Learning is collaborating with Canadian-based CCI Leadership Institute to offer a half day introduction to CCI's Coach Executive Program. The six month long Coach Executive Program has been designed specifically for experienced executives who want to improve their coaching leadership style and/or establish themselves as independent executive coaches. The program introduction is scheduled for the morning of January 8 Greensboro, NC at the Greensboro Servant Leadership School. Discovery Learning is limited to twenty five attendees and we are inviting the first twenty five clients or colleagues who sign up to attend tuition free. The program includes breakfast. New Change Style Indicator® Certification Process

Discovery Learning is excited to announce a new certification process for Change Style Indicator. Beginning January 1, 2009, anyone previously certified or using Change Style Indicator in the past three years will be grandfathered. Click here to learn more about the steps to becoming certified.

Leadership Development Products Presented at Conference

On October 9, 2008, Chris Musselwhite was invited to present Discovery Learning products at an annual conference at the Defense Acquisition University in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia. The DAU, made up of five regions, is a corporate university that serves the Department of Defense Acquisition, Technology and Logistics workforce. DAU had a specific interest in bringing experiential learning into the classroom. For the 100+ in attendance, Chris administered the Change Style Indicator® followed by an exercise that demonstrated the diversity in change styles and how that plays out in the work place. The DAU trainers who made up the bulk of the audience were pleased to learn more about how to integrate our business simulations with the appropriate assessment tools.
