A new, innovative organizational assessment from Discovery Learning, Inc. will be introduced in Washington, DC on June 11, 2010. Once again, Discovery Learning and Eckerd College Leadership Development Institute are joining forces to provide managers and consutants tools and feedback about two of the most challenging issues facing leaders today: managing change and conflict. During the half-day workshop - Effective Leadership: Addressing the Challenges of Change and Conflict - Discovery Learning will focus on the Change Readiness Gauge (CRG) while Eckerd College brings focus to the Conflict Dynamics Profile. The workshop, to take place at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace Conference Center in Washington, DC, is designed for individuals, intact teams or cross-functional teams.
