Changing of the Guard

As another month passes, we note the downsizing of some organizations and the changing of the guards in others. Regardless of their economic conditions, all organizations are experiencing significant transitions. What's to become of the "old" ways of doing things? What will the next month bring with the "new" guards at the gates of the organizations that remain? What will their mandates be?

This process we are experiencing, with new possibilities and new pitfalls, is an opportunity for us to put our experience with change and transtition into practice.
