Discovery Learning is pleased with the excellent reception of the Influence Style Indicator (ISI). The assessment is now being used in Singapore, Brazil, Thailand and Canada as well as across the U.S. Since an April launch, over 250 trainers, coaches and consultants have become certified.
Designed to help individuals understand their preferred style as they influence others, ISI identifies five dominant styles and two orientations. It gives individuals information about their own style and helps individuals understand the styles of others.
With influencing emerging as an important competency for organizational leaders, the Influence Style Indicator becomes a very valuable tool for leaders who seek to improve their effectiveness.
Discovery Learning's president Chris Musselwhite says, "ISI fills a gap in the development of leaders. We assess their change style preferences, we assess how they make decisions and now we can assess their preferences and increase effectiveness when attempting to influence others." Dawn Holzer from Pathway Leadership Consulting says, "This tool quickly opens the door for personal awareness and growth."
Available in hard copy or online, the Influence Style Indicator is now available in French with Spanish and Portuguese coming very soon. Visit www.influencestyleindicator.com to learn more.
