At Discovery Learning, we’re continually generating new knowledge—but we gratefully embrace wisdom that’s been around a while. One gem from the fifth century BCE is of particular value to us: Socrates said at the time, “Nothing is so well learned as that which is discovered.”

His words reverberate in our hallways. (Not literally—we’re waxing poetic here.) The idea informs all our products; it is the heart of our mission. This might be a good time to offer our mission statement:

Discovery Learning’s mission is to work collaboratively with clients to build healthy and sustainable organizations through experiential learning and individual, team, and organizational assessment. To that end, we serve all segments of society in supplying training tools, designing content, consulting and delivering training programs.

We’d say “we couldn’t have said it better ourselves,” except we did, in fact, say it.

We’re honored to offer our clients better resources, better leaders and better results. We know we’re providing solid help because they return to us again and again.
