At Discovery Learning, we make every attempt to stay in close contact with our clients and stay abreast of challenges facing the training industry. However, there is always room for improvement. In our attempt to better understand the needs of our clients, we have created an Advisory Council. It is our hope that our newly appointed Council will guide us in product development, give us honest and quick feedback, as well as demonstrate to our clients that we are listening. These members are on the “front line” with participants and perhaps know best the tools that are needed to help managers be better leaders. We want to respond to those needs! Our Council is comprised of members from the education, healthcare, consulting and manufacturing sectors.
Specifically, we wish to use our Council members in the following ways:
- Learn more about the challenges organizations are facing,
- Determine future anticipated trends in training patterns,
- Learn more about preferred methodologies of training,
- Discuss various perspectives around pricing of training activities,
- Use expertise within the Council for feedback on new products and guide us in product development, and
- Demonstrate to our clients and potential clients that we are connected to the constituency groups for which
we design.
