Our Discovery Learning 360° Series™ is up and running to rave reviews.  Each of these 360s now includes a follow-up goal setting tool that allows participants to choose up to 5 survey items (or 4 survey items and 1 custom item) to focus on over the course of 12 weeks.  At the end of 12 weeks the raters can assess the participant again on the items selected.  The trainer can choose to utilize this feature or not; the price is the same.

In addition, the Discovery Leadership Profile™ is now available in Spanish and French.  Unlike some 360s the Discovery Leadership Profile™ not only offers survey items in different languages but also gives the trainer the option of printing the reports in English, Spanish or French.
