Right Decisions Made Right
Right Decisions Made Right™ delivers a powerful half-day session of experiential learning in the art of problem solving and decision making. Based on the Decision Style Profile® decision-making model, this classroom-ready, interactive training module comprehensively covers the decision making process.Covered topics include how to handle barriers to decision-making (such as poorly defined goals, interpersonal barriers, etc.), when to delegate decisions and factors to consider in choosing a decision style. These and other topics are explored through exercises, collaborative games, discussions and presentations. Debriefings reinforce key points and workbooks encourage participants to journal actual scenarios from their own working lives, serving as useful references upon return to the workplace.
Outcomes: - Enhances and refines the decision-making skills of managers
- Explains the five decision styles and the conditions that make each appropriate and inappropriate
- Establishes a uniform system for guiding managers in their decision-making processes and improving the capability of the organization to produce acceptable, quality decisions

Organizational Assessment
CertificationOrganizational Assessment CertificationThe organizational assessment certification process is available for Change Readiness Gauge®. The cost of certification is $750 and includes the following: - Facilitator Guide
- Training techniques and tools
- PowerPoint presentation
- Online lectures
- Up to 2 hours of one-on-one coaching
- Access to the Discovery Learning Online Assessment Center
- 10 assessments and 1 group report license
The Steps - Step 1: Register with Discovery Learning, Inc.
- Step 2: Download and review all facilitator materials
- Step 3: Watch online lectures
- Step 4: Preview the organizational assessment using the Discovery Learning Online Assessment Center
- Step 5: Complete 1 hour coaching session with a Master Trainer. Once completed the trainer can purchase and facilitate the assessment.
- Step 6: Complete 30 minute debrief call with a Master Trainer following delivery to answer any questions. Once completed, certification is final.
- Step 7: Optional 30 minute Advanced Applications coaching call with a Master Trainer.
Completion of Step 1 initiates the certification process. A Discovery Learning representative will be in touch (typically within 1 business day) to discuss payment and next steps. QualificationExperienced facilitators can complete an abbreviated qualification process in order to quickly purchase Discovery Learning, Inc. products. Qualification is based on an individual’s educational background and previous facilitation or coaching experience. Experienced facilitators with advanced degrees and/or certification in other assessment tools may bypass the certification process and be eligible for qualification. Right Decisions in Action
While Right Decisions Made Right™ addresses the making of high-quality decisions, its companion module, Right Decisions in Action™, explains how to implement these decisions. Right Decisions in Action™ presents a consistent, logical, and thoroughly considered implementation process for putting decisions into action.
This module equips participants with an Implementation Tool Kit to reveal obstacles to successful implementations and how to address them. Participants examine the four dimensions of organizational capability and learn to work through a proven decision-making process used by experienced managers. They further learn to construct detailed implementation plans to make decisions operational.
Outcomes: - Improves the capability of organizations to put decisions into action
- Enhances the capability of managers to think-through implementation issues
- Establishes a problem-solving process that can be replicated and used consistently and confidently throughout the organization

Influence Style Indicator
The Influence Style Indicator® is an individual assessment designed to identify a preferred influencing style and give insight into styles that may be used more effectively in rapidly changing environments. The Influence Style Indicator® explores five identified styles and helps participants recognize these styles in themselves and others to maximize their effectiveness.
Outcomes:
- Learning five unique influencing styles and identify one’s own
- Understanding when a particular influencing style is most effective
