Our user-friendly Facilitator Guides contain the information necessary for skilled trainers to adequately use each assessment and simulation. Providing free updates ensures that trainers have the most current research and techniques for optimal use of our products. Purchase of a Facilitator Guide also entitles the owner to updates of related software and normative data as it becomes available. Although we do not require certification for most of our products, we do require trainers to purchase a Facilitator Guide for any products they wish to purchase.
