“The simulation materials were very good and definitely allowed everyone to get on board. The timing was very good.”
“Being in a different position than my usual function helped me appreciate the challenges my colleagues face. This helped me to think more strategically about work and on a more macro level, e.g. quality, people, resources, strategies, etc.”
“The opportunity to think outside the box.”
“Great case study on how innovation pushes for change. Great opportunity to work out a plan for change to improve business performance.”

What could have made EdgeWork better?
“More time to read the material and absorb it.”
“Wrap up could have been more concise. Other than that, I really don’t see any way to improve it much.”
“We needed more time to read through the materials at the beginning. It was a little over-whelming and I didn’t feel prepared enough going into the first meeting.”
“I think circling back to the initial challenges we discussed (interruptions, innovation, baby boomer retirement, etc.) would have helped solidify the connection between the exercises and leadership even more.”
