Learning Certified Trainer

In providing products of the highest caliber, we require trainers using certain products be certified in their administration and facilitation.

For the majority of our products, trainers simply need to purchase the Facilitator Guide for the product they choose and have basic facilitation skills. These user-friendly Facilitator Guides contain the information necessary for skilled trainers to adequately use each business assessment and business simulation.

Purchasing a Facilitator Guide entitles the trainer:

• Future updates and revisions to the Facilitator Guide
• Related PowerPoint presentations
• Normative data

Clients may access these updates and download electronic copies of any Facilitator Guide they own, in our Facilitator Guide Update area.

To earn certification status for one of our assessments or simulations requiring certification, we offer you a variety of alternatives to choose from including on-site and remote certification. Certified Trainers

These trainers have completed Discovery Learning’s Train-the-Trainer course on the tool for which they are certified. If they so choose, they are listed in our certified trainers database on our website.

Master Trainers

In addition to completing the Train-the-Trainer course for a particular tool, Master Certified Trainers have vast experience using the product and in-depth facilitation skills. These elite trainers have proven and demonstrated themselves to have exceptional applied knowledge of the tools and their application.

To remain a Master Certified Trainer, individuals must regularly use the tools for which they are certified and frequently meet with a Discovery Learning Solutions™ Specialist for re-certification.
